Invoices & online payment

See your open invoices and due dates, download PDFs for your records, and pay online by card or ACH.

Step by step

  1. Open Your Invoices. On your account home, click Your Invoices. Your invoices are listed with their due dates and status.

  2. Open an invoice. Each invoice shows the order it belongs to and your PO reference.

  3. Download the PDF for your records.

  4. Ask a question. Send us a message at the bottom of the invoice. It goes straight to our team.

  5. Pay online. Click Pay Now and pay by card or ACH.

  6. Save your payment details. Check Save my payment details, and you won’t need to re-enter your card next time.

Good to know

  • Invoiced store and van purchases appear here too.

  • Invoices are paid by card or ACH. Charge to My Account is for orders and quotes, not for invoices.

  • Manage or remove saved cards and bank accounts under Payment Methods on your account home.

  • Questions about your balance or a statement? Email billing@dynamicstonetools.com.

Common questions

Is it safe to save my card?
Your card details are kept by our secure payment processor, not on our website. You can remove a saved card any time under Payment Methods.

Where can I see everything I owe?
Your Invoices lists your invoices with their due dates. For a statement, email billing@dynamicstonetools.com.
