Approve quotes online
Review the quotes your rep sends you, ask questions, then sign and confirm them online. Once confirmed, a quote becomes a sales order.
Step by step
Open your quotes. On your account home, click Quotations to review. The quotes your rep sends you are all in one list.
Review the quote. Check the line items, taxes and expiration date.
Ask a question. Send your rep a message at the bottom of the quote.
Accept it. When you’re ready, click Sign & Pay.
Sign online to accept the quote.
Pay or charge it. Pay by card or ACH or, with approved credit terms, choose Charge to My Account.
Done. The quote is now a confirmed sales order. You’ll find it under Your Orders.
Good to know
The button reads Sign & Pay when a quote needs both your signature and a payment. When it needs only your signature, it reads Accept & Sign.
Each quote is valid until its expiration date. Need more time or a change? Message your rep on the quote.
When your rep emails you a quote, the link in the email opens the same page.
Common questions
Can I change quantities on a quote?
Ask your rep in a message on the quote, and they’ll send you an updated quote.
What happens after I charge a quote to my account?
The order is placed on your account. There’s nothing to pay now; we invoice it on your terms.
