Alpha® Twincur CFP — C-Frame Polishing System
Great news for users of C-Frame edge polishing machines such as the Park Pro-Edge series. The Alpha® Twincur CFP is a new-generation polishing system that polishes most popular natural and engineered stones, on either straight or bullnose edges. The 5-step process pairs two metal-bond grinding wheels (for milling) with three resin-bond polishing wheels to bring the edge to a finished gloss in the shortest possible cycle.

- Mount the metal-bond Twincur CFP wheels (CFP400M then CFP401M) directly on the C-Frame snail-lock spindle for milling the edge.
- Switch to the EGV4SNL Hook & Loop backed snail-lock adapter to run the resin-bond wheels.
- Run the resin sequence: CFP402R (Red) → CFP403R (Dark Green) → CFP404R (Light Green) for progressive polishing.
- Maintain water flow throughout — the Twincur CFP system is wet-only.
- Do not exceed the maximum RPM stamped on each wheel (5,000 RPM for metal, 4,000 RPM for resin).
- For best gloss, refer to the Twincur Recommended Parameters chart for feed rate and step-by-step machine settings.
