Akemi Akenova Rocket, Elastic & Clear Adhesives

Akemi Akenova is a fast-setting 1-component adhesive built on advanced polyhybrid technology, engineered for bonding all hardscape materials. The Elastic 100 grade delivers 680 PSI of flexible bond strength for joints requiring movement, while the Rocket 200 grade reaches 952 PSI for heavy-duty structural work. The Clear 300 grade leaves an invisible bond line on light, translucent, and decorative stone. All grades cure quickly and bond vertical, horizontal, overhead, and even submerged surfaces with no downtime to dry the substrate.

  1. Surface Prep: Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or loose particles. No primer required on most hardscape materials.
  2. Load Cartridge: Cut the cartridge tip, attach a nozzle (Part 45078), and load into a standard 290 ml caulking gun.
  3. Apply Adhesive: Extrude a continuous bead onto one bonding surface. For heavy stone or vertical work, apply in a serpentine or grid pattern.
  4. Join & Position: Press parts together within the open time and adjust within working minutes before final cure.
  5. Cure: Allow full polymerization undisturbed. Cure speed accelerates with humidity. Suitable for vertical, horizontal, overhead, and underwater bonding.
  6. Cleanup: Wipe uncured residue with a clean cloth. Cured material must be removed mechanically.

Tip: Use Akenova Clear 300 for visible joints on natural stone and engineered surfaces where color match must be invisible.
