Alpha® Turboshine 3" Rigid Polishing and Scratch Removal System
Alpha® Turboshine is a polishing system engineered for seamless countertop installations and scratch removal on natural and engineered stones. The 3" rigid discs use a Dual Adapter System (DAS) that dramatically reduces vibration during operation, allowing quick disc and grit changes to minimize downtime. The full sequence runs from grit 100 through 3000 plus dedicated Black and White buff wheels for the highest possible shine on granite, engineered stone, quartz, and difficult marbles such as green and black, and works well on concrete slabs as well.

- Mount a DAS adapter (5/8"-11 or M14, sold separately) on a variable-speed wet polisher.
- Attach the appropriate Turboshine rigid disc by hand-threading onto the DAS adapter.
- Run wet at 2,500-4,000 RPM with steady water flow over the work surface.
- Start with grit 100 (Blue) for heavy scratch removal or seam blending; advance sequentially through 200, 500, 1000, 2000, and 3000.
- Finish with the Black buff for high gloss on darker stones or the White buff for lighter stones.
- Keep the disc flat against the surface and move in overlapping passes; do not exceed 4,000 RPM.
