Alpha® Eased Edge / Tile Bullnose Kit
The Alpha® Eased Edge / Tile Bullnose Kit lets a single operator shape a bullnose or eased edge on tile and stone and polish it to a factory-quality finish without leaving the jobsite. Built around the VSP-320 Variable-Speed Wet Polisher, the kit pairs a 3/8" Profiler B roundover wheel with a 4" flexible backer pad and a full set of Ceramica EX polishing discs (#200 through #3000) to handle profiling and polishing with one tool.

- Plug the VSP-320 polisher into a GFCI-protected 120V outlet and connect the water supply.
- Mount the PFB101 Profiler B on the 5/8"-11 spindle to shape a 3/8" roundover edge on the tile or stone.
- Run the profiler at the polisher's recommended speed with continuous water, working along the edge until the desired profile is formed.
- Swap the profiler for the GP45/8PD flexible backer pad.
- Polish the new edge starting with Ceramica EX #200, then progress through #500, #1000, #2000, and finish with #3000.
- Keep the surface wet and use light, even pressure at each grit.
- Wipe dry and inspect the edge between grits to verify scratch removal.
