Alpha Knock Out Speciality 8" Wet Cutting Blade for Trac Star 2000
The Alpha® Knock Out is a specialty wet cutting blade engineered for the Trac Star 2000 — a low-RPM guide-rail wet saw. It is designed to cut granite and all brands of engineered stone through 1-1/2" thick material quickly and with minimal chipping. The diamond-shape knock-out arbor matches the Trac Star 2000 spindle, and the blade is engineered for the lower RPM range where standard high-speed blades tend to glaze.

- Mount the blade on the Trac Star 2000 spindle with the diamond knock-out arbor seated; tighten per the saw manual.
- Verify continuous water flow to both sides of the blade before starting the cut.
- Start the cut at the leading edge of the material with steady, even traverse pressure.
- If the saw bogs down during the cut, reduce traverse speed — never force the blade.
- Maintain water flow throughout the entire cut to prevent heat buildup and glazing.
- Inspect the blade segments after each cut; dress with an abrasive stick if cutting slows.
