The Alpha® Paver Tile Bullnose Kit packages everything an installer needs to create a true full-bullnose edge on porcelain paver tile and polish it to a factory finish — right at the jobsite. Built around the variable-speed VSP-320 wet polisher and the PFV201 3/4" full-bullnose profiler, the kit produces a complete pool-coping, step or stair edge in a single workflow.

- Set up the VSP-320 polisher; connect water supply and inspect the cord/plug before each use.
- Mount the PFV201 (3/4" full bullnose) profiler onto the 5/8"-11 spindle.
- Set polisher speed in the low end of the range (~1,000-1,500 RPM) for profiling.
- Run wet at all times — supply continuous water through the polisher to flush slurry.
- Profile the tile edge with steady, even passes; let the nylon guide ride on the surface to keep the bullnose straight.
- Switch to the GP45/8PD backer pad and step through the five Ceramica EX discs (#200 -> #500 -> #1,000 -> #2,000 -> #3,000) to polish to a factory finish.
- Wear the included APRON2000 waterproof apron and PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, water-rated gloves) throughout.

What is included?

What tile thickness does the kit handle?
The PFV201 produces a 3/4" (2cm) radius full bullnose, ideal for standard 2cm porcelain pavers. For thicker pavers, choose a larger Profiler V (PFV301 / PFV401 / PFV501 / PFV601) and pair it with the appropriate Alpha polisher.
Can the VSP-320 be used dry?
No. The polisher and the profiler require continuous water. Dry use will overheat the diamonds and damage both the wheel and the tile.
What is the speed range of the VSP-320?
700-2,500 RPM variable. Profile at the lower end (~1,000-1,500 RPM) and polish at higher speeds following each Ceramica EX disc grit.
Is this kit suitable for granite or quartz countertops?
The kit is optimized for porcelain paver tile. For thicker stone slabs and countertops, refer to the Alpha® Eased Edge / Tile Bullnose Kit and larger profilers/polishers.
