Miracle Sealants 511 Porous Plus is a maximum-strength, solvent-based penetrating sealer engineered for the most porous tile, stone and grout surfaces — the ones ordinary impregnators cannot fully protect. It penetrates deep and forms an invisible barrier that resists moisture and stains while letting vapor escape. It is not a surface coating and will not alter the natural look; treated surfaces are harder and less slippery. 511 Porous Plus is UV-transparent, resists acid rain, will not yellow, and averages 2 to 10 times the coverage of competitive products. Note: it will not stop acid etching.

Seal the most porous surfaces — sanded grout, limestone, saltillo, terra cotta, sandstone, flagstone, flamed granite, concrete, brick, cantera and stucco — indoors or out, in kitchens, showers, patios, driveways, garages and pool areas. Surface must be clean and dry. Apply undiluted with a Mira Brush or clean towel, let stand 3–5 minutes, then wipe off all excess. Re-apply on very porous surfaces after 2–3 hours. Dry to foot traffic in 1–3 hours; keep dry 24–72 hours to fully cure (6–12 hours before grouting). Always test an inconspicuous area first; will not stop acid etching.
