Alpha® Lumbar Support Belt combines high-performance elastic straps that relieve pressure on the lumbar spine with reflective stripes on the suspenders and waist for added jobsite visibility. Plastic support bars keep the brace flat against the back so it will not roll or bunch under load.

- Choose size based on your natural waist measurement (see Models table).
- Wrap the belt around the lower back so the support bars sit centered over the lumbar spine.
- Fasten the primary waist closure snugly — firm but not restrictive.
- Pull the secondary elastic straps forward and fasten for additional compression during lifts.
- Loosen or remove between heavy-lifting tasks to maintain core conditioning.
