Alpha® Nichigo G-Tape™ 2010BK
Nichigo G-Tape™ 2010BK is a single-sided masking and surface-protection tape built around a laminated polyethylene cloth and a proprietary acrylic adhesive. The cloth backing tears straight by hand, sticks aggressively to rough surfaces like concrete, stucco, mortar and brick, and lifts off cleanly even after extended weather exposure. 2010BK is the go-to tape for masking, packaging, line-marking and caution-signage work where conventional masking tape fails. Available in 2" and 6" widths on 164' rolls.

- Confirm the substrate is dry and free of dust, oil and loose debris.
- Select 2" width for general masking or 6" width for wide coverage and line marking.
- Position the leading edge and press the tape down firmly along its full length.
- Burnish the edge with a roller or gloved hand to lock the adhesive to rough surfaces.
- Hand-tear the tape square against the edge of the workpiece — no knife needed.
- Keep the tape on the job through weather, sun and rain — it stays put and lifts clean.
- When the job is done, pull the tape back on itself at a shallow angle for residue-free removal.
- Store unused rolls flat, indoors, away from direct sunlight to maximize shelf life.

What is G-Tape™ 2010BK used for?
