Sales tax

Complete this only if you buy for resale and should not be charged sales tax. We need a valid certificate on file before we can exempt your orders.

Acceptance

By opening an account and placing orders you accept these terms; your own purchasing terms are waived unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Pricing & availability

Prices and availability may change without notice, and obvious pricing errors may be corrected.

Payment

Invoices are payable per the terms shown on the invoice. Overdue balances accrue 2.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law), and we may suspend service for late payment.

Title & risk

Title to goods passes on full payment; risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.

Warranty & returns

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty; returns follow our Return Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
