Getting started: access and sign-in
dynamicstonetools.net is our B2B website, built exclusively for our business customers. This chapter shows how to get access to your account and sign in for the first time.
Step by step
Go to dynamicstonetools.net. You can browse the catalog, our best sellers and new arrivals before you sign in.
No login yet? Scroll to the bottom of any page and click Request Portal Access.
Tell us who you are. Fill in Company name, Contact name and Email for your login, then send the form. Your account or a recent invoice number is optional, but it helps us match your account faster.
Watch your inbox. We activate your access and email you a personal invitation. Open it and set your password.
Sign in. Click Sign in at the top of any page, enter your Email and Password, and click Log in.
Good to know
Access is by invitation only; there is no self sign-up. Your invitation goes to the address you entered as Email for your login.
Forgot your password? On the sign-in page, click Reset Password and we’ll email you a link to set a new one.
Rather not type a password? Once you add a passkey to your account, click Use a Passkey on the sign-in page. See 09 · Security, cards & credit.
Once you’re signed in, the prices you see are your own account pricing.
Common questions
I’m not a Dynamic Stone Tools customer yet. How do I get an account?
Click Open a Business Account at the bottom of any page and fill in the application. It takes about 5 minutes and is usually reviewed within one business day. Once your account is open, we email you an invitation to the portal.
I didn’t receive my invitation.
Check your spam or junk folder first. Still nothing? Chat with us or call +1 (703) 957-4544 and we’ll send it again.
Can my colleagues have their own login?
Yes. Each login belongs to one person and one email address. Ask each colleague to send their own request with Request Portal Access, or contact us.
