Your account at a glance

Your account home brings together your quotes, orders, invoices and settings. This chapter walks through each tile, so you always know where to find things.

Open your account home

  1. Sign in at dynamicstonetools.net.

  2. Click your name at the top of the page, then My Account.

What’s on your account home

  • Quotations to review: appears when your rep has sent you a quote. Review, sign and confirm it online; see 07 · Approve quotes online.

  • Invoices to pay: appears when an invoice is past due.

  • Your Orders: the orders you place online and the orders your rep enters for you.

  • Your Invoices: follow, download or pay your invoices.

  • Payment Methods: save a card or bank account for a faster checkout.

  • Addresses: your billing address and your delivery addresses, such as your job sites.

  • Connection & Security: your password, two-factor sign-in and passkeys.

  • Documents: the files we share with you.

  • Knowledge: the articles we share with you, including this guide.

Good to know

  • Your contact and company details are shown on your account home. Click Edit information to update them.

  • Some tiles appear only when there is something in them, for example Quotations to review and Invoices to pay.

  • Purchases made in our store or from a rep’s van don’t appear under Your Orders. Once they are invoiced, you’ll find them under Your Invoices.

Common questions

I can’t find an order my rep placed for me.
Quotes your rep sends you are under Quotations to review; confirmed orders are under Your Orders. Still can’t find it? Chat with us or message your rep.

Where can I see my balance or get a statement?
Your Invoices lists your invoices with their due dates. For a statement or a balance question, email billing@dynamicstonetools.com.
