Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

RMA required

An RMA number is required on all returns. Do not ship anything back until you receive one; returns without an RMA may be refused.

Restocking fee

Up to 15% may apply to non-defective, opened returns. No restocking fee on defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Non-returnable

Used consumables, custom/made-to-order items, and clearance/final-sale items. Chemicals, adhesives and hazardous materials are returnable only if unopened and factory-sealed.

Defective or damaged on arrival

Covered on every item, including chemicals and hazardous materials. Report within 48 hours with photos and the batch/lot number. Hazardous materials are normally replaced or refunded without a return shipment — never ship hazmat back without written instructions from us.

Return shipping

We provide a prepaid label only for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For buyer’s-remorse returns, the customer pays return shipping.

Refunds

Issued to your original payment method after inspection, typically within 5–7 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is our error.
