Shipping Policy

We ship fast from two US warehouses. This policy explains processing times, carriers and charges.

Processing time

In-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) ship the same business day. Orders received after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day. Custom, oversized, or freight items may require additional handling time (typically 1–3 business days) and will be confirmed by email.

Carriers & transit

Standard ground shipments go via UPS, FedEx, or USPS at our discretion based on weight, destination and service. Heavy or oversized items ship by LTL freight, with transit scheduled by the carrier and possibly a delivery appointment. Transit time is separate from processing time and is not guaranteed.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Freight quotes for very large or palletized orders may be confirmed by our team before the order ships.

Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
