This policy explains how payments are handled at Dynamic Stone Tools Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries.

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as approved business accounts with net terms.

Secure processing

Card payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment providers over encrypted connections. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Authorization & charges

Your card may be authorized when you place an order to confirm funds. In-stock orders are typically charged at the time of shipment. For freight or custom orders, we confirm the final total by email before charging.

Business accounts & net terms

Approved businesses can buy on net terms instead of paying by card. To apply, complete our credit application. Terms, limits and late-payment conditions are described in our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Billing questions & disputes

If you see a charge you don’t recognize, contact us before disputing with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
