Alpha® EZ Click Leveling Cap System
The Alpha® EZ Click is a next-generation, screw-based tile leveling system. Its patent-pending leveling cap makes adjacent tiles perfectly level with zero effort — tightened by hand, no pliers needed. After the thinset cures, a proprietary unlocking system ejects the screw instantly, eliminating the tedious unscrewing of traditional caps.

- Apply thinset and set the first tile.
- Slide the appropriate Base Screw (Linear / T / X) under the tile edge or joint based on your layout.
- Set the adjacent tile(s) and thread an EZ Click Cap onto the base.
- Tighten the cap by hand until tiles are flush and lippage is eliminated.
- Allow the thinset to cure fully.
- Engage the unlocking mechanism — the screw ejects instantly. Snap the base at floor level.
- Recover the caps and reuse on the next job.
