STAIN-PROOF Porcelain & Quartz Sealer, formerly Porcelain Plus, uses nano-sized sealing molecules to seal the micro-pores in polished porcelain and quartz surfaces that most sealers cannot penetrate. It resists both oil- and water-based stains, withstands commercial cleaning equipment, and leaves the surface looking natural.

Seal polished porcelain and quartz countertops, floors and walls. On a finished, grouted installation or quartz countertop, one generous coat covers about 400–500 sq ft per quart; apply with a low-pressure sprayer or lamb's wool pad and polish after ~20 minutes before it dries. For ungrouted tile, apply two coats and wait 24 hours after the first coat before grouting.
