Alpha® VH91100 Universal Dust Hose

The Alpha® VH91100 is a 12 ft (3.6 m) universal dust hose with a 20 mm inner diameter, engineered to connect Alpha HEPA Wet/Dry vacuums and other shop vacuums to dust-extraction shrouds, grinders, polishers and stone-fabrication accessories. The flexible body resists kinks and crushing, and the 1-1/4" O.D. threaded end mates with the 2-1/4" standard vacuum cuff found on Alpha HEPA 1035/1050 vacuums.

  1. Power down the vacuum before connecting or removing the hose.
  2. Thread the 1-1/4" O.D. end into the matching port on the dust shroud, saw or polisher accessory.
  3. Push the opposite end onto the 2-1/4" standard cuff on the vacuum until fully seated.
  4. Check for leaks at both ends — a snug fit maintains suction at the tool.
  5. Route the hose to avoid sharp bends, pinch points and traffic paths.
  6. After wet use, disconnect, rinse with water and allow to fully dry before storage.

What does the VH91100 connect to?

It connects Alpha HEPA Wet/Dry Vacuums (HEPA 1035, HEPA 1050 and the 15-gallon model) and most standard shop vacuums to Alpha dust-extraction accessories such as Ecoguard shrouds, ESC saw cuffs and PSC polisher ports.

What size are the ends?

The accessory end is 1-1/4" O.D. threaded; the vacuum end mates with a 2-1/4" standard cuff.

Can the hose be used for wet slurry?

Yes, the hose is compatible with Alpha wet/dry vacuums. After wet use, rinse and allow to fully dry before storage.
