Bellinzoni B-27 Exxtra is a concentrated acid-based detergent formulated for the deep cleaning of acid-resistant surfaces and the removal of post-installation residues, stubborn dirt, cement-based adhesives, grout haze, limescale, salts, efflorescence and other mineral deposits. Its fast-acting, buffered formula restores the original appearance of natural stone, granite, ceramic and porcelain tile, concrete pavers and all acid-resistant materials, and is particularly effective on rust stains, mineral build-ups and engobe/installation patinas.

Dilution guide: standard post-installation cleaning 200 ml/L (1:5); stubborn inorganic dirt, efflorescence and limescale 100 ml/L (1:10); surface rust 100 ml/L (1:10); light grout haze 50 ml/L (1:20). Pre-wet the surface with clean water, apply the solution, allow 3-10 minutes contact, then scrub manually or with a mono brush (175 rpm) fitted with a soft pad; add water, wet-vacuum, and rinse with clean water. Suitable for acid-resistant natural stone, textured granite, terracotta, ceramics, gres porcelain and klinker, indoor and outdoor. Do NOT use on polished marble, limestone, travertine, terrazzo or polished concrete, or other acid-sensitive materials. Do not mix with bleach, ammonia or alkaline detergents.
