PrimaSink Limited Warranty

PrimaSink warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its vitreous vanity sinks — oval, rectangular, and ADA undermount models — will be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use, per the coverage below. PrimaSink is a Dynamic Stone Tools Inc. brand.

Warranty coverage

*Lifetime = original purchaser, home of first installation. Non-transferable. Discontinued products and colors excluded.

Conditions

• Product purchased from PrimaSink or an authorized U.S. distributor.
• Proof of purchase required with every claim.
• Product must be inspected before installation.
• Normal residential use only — excludes misuse, abuse, and accident.
• Damage from harsh cleaners or aggressive water/air conditions is excluded.
• PrimaSink will repair, replace, or adjust at its option; it is not responsible for labor or installation costs.
• Installation must be performed by a licensed plumber per PrimaSink instructions.

Exclusions

• Improper installation or unauthorized repair
• Misuse, abuse, accident, or dropped objects
• Abrasive cleaners, bleach, acids, or solvents
• Normal wear: scratches, staining, mineral deposits
• Minor glaze/color variation inherent to porcelain
• Commercial or rental use beyond the Public Area term
• Purchases from unauthorized resellers, seconds, or as-is products
• Freight damage (must be reported within 48 hours)

Care & maintenance

• Clean with a mild dish detergent and a soft cloth.
• Avoid abrasive pads, bleach, and ammonia.
• Rinse cosmetics and chemicals off immediately.
• Don't drop heavy objects into the bowl.

How to file a claim

Provide your proof of purchase, the model/SKU, photos of the defect, and a short description. Do not return a product without an RMA number. You can also register your product on our Warranty Registration form, or start a return with our RMA request form so the details are already on file.
