Alpha Quad-W Adapter — for Wet Edge Polishing (Aluminum & Carbon Plated Steel)
The Alpha® Quad-W Adapter is engineered for wet flush cutting blades fitted with the Quad drive pattern. Available in a 4-Hole Aluminum body or a heavier-duty 5-Hole Carbon Plated Steel body, the adapter mounts quickly to any Quad Drive blade in 5/8"-11 or M14-2 thread and ships complete with all necessary mounting hardware — ready for immediate use.

- Match the adapter thread to your grinder spindle — 5/8"-11 for most US right-angle grinders, M14-2 for European-spec grinders.
- Choose the 4-Hole Aluminum body for standard wet flush cutting, or the 5-Hole Carbon Plated Steel body for heavier or higher-load applications.
- Seat the Quad-W adapter against the blade so the four (or five) drive pins align with the matching holes in the blade hub.
- Hand-tighten onto the grinder spindle, then snug with a wrench — do not over-tighten.
- Connect water feed and verify steady flow at the blade before cutting; always cut wet to maximize blade life.
- Inspect drive pins and threads after each job; replace the adapter if pins are bent or threads are damaged.
