The Alpha® Quad Adapter is engineered specifically for flush-cutting blades with four mounting holes. Machined from high-quality solid brass — safer and far longer-lasting than aluminum equivalents — the adapter ships with four screws and two nylon lock nuts, mounts in seconds, and is fully reusable across blade changes. Available in M10-1.25 and M14-2 thread sizes to fit common European-spec angle grinders and stone-cutting polishers.

- Verify your angle grinder / polisher spindle thread matches the adapter (M10-1.25 or M14-2).
- Place the Quad blade onto the adapter, aligning the four mounting holes with the adapter pins.
- Secure the blade with the four supplied screws and two nylon lock nuts — do not overtighten.
- Thread the assembled blade-and-adapter onto the tool spindle hand-tight.
- Use the tool’s spindle-lock and an open-end wrench for final tightening per the tool manual.
- Confirm the blade rotates true; replace the adapter if any cracking, thread wear or screw damage is visible.
- After cutting, remove dust and slurry from the brass body and screw threads before storage.
- Reuse the adapter across blade replacements; replace screws and lock nuts as a set when worn.
