Alpha® 30' Twin Hose for PSP/PWC Pneumatic Polishers
Alpha® 30-foot Twin Water/Air Hose assemblies extend the reach of your PSP and PWC series pneumatic wet polishers. Constructed from Flexzilla® premium hybrid polymer, these hoses stay flexible from −40°F to 140°F, resist kinks under pressure, and lay flat without coil memory. Choose the assembly that matches your tool’s air-thread configuration (NPT or BSPT).

- Identify your polisher model (PSP-158, PSP-114, PWC-658, or PWC-514/614) and confirm the air-line thread type (NPT for US, BSPT for international).
- Select the matching twin hose part number from the table below.
- Shut off air and water supplies at the source before disconnecting the existing hose.
- Thread the new assembly to the polisher, using PTFE tape on all threaded connections.
- Open the water supply first, then the air supply, and check both lines for leaks at low pressure.
- Coil loosely between uses — the Flexzilla® jacket has zero memory and does not need tight winding.
