Diamond Hand Pads
Alpha(R) Diamond Hand Pads are used to perform convenient, on-site polishing, on materials such as glass, ceramics, marble, granite, concrete, terrazzo and quartz surfaces. This system is available in two bond types to provide the best possible finish. Electroplated Grits: This type of pad uses nickel plating technology to hold each individual diamond in place and is available in 60, 150, 300 and 500 grits.
Always wear appropriate PPE. Follow local safety regulations when using power tools or chemical products.

- Select the appropriate grit for your current stage of polishing.
- Attach the pad securely to your polisher or grinder backing pad.
- Apply water to the surface for wet polishing applications.
- Move the polisher in overlapping circular motions at the recommended RPM.
- Progress through grits sequentially for the best finish quality.
- Always wear appropriate PPE including safety glasses and hearing protection.
