Alpha® Twincur™ ES — Engineered Stone Snail-Lock Polishing Wheels
Alpha® Twincur™ ES is engineered specifically to polish straight and beveled edges of engineered stone and quartz surfaces on automated edge-polishing machinery. The snail-lock back fits the industry-standard 5" snail-lock adapter used on single- and multiple-head machines from Cavani, Comandulli, Denver, Park Industries®, Thibaut, Z.Bavelloni and others. Available in 4", 5" and 6" diameters across grits #200, #500, #1000, #2000 and #3000 for a complete polish progression with fast, consistent results.

- Match the wheel diameter to your machine head (4", 5" or 6") and mount on the appropriate Alpha® snail-lock adapter.
- Sequence the grits in order: #200 (shape), #500, #1000, #2000, #3000 (final polish).
- Supply abundant water to the wheel at all times — Twincur™ ES is a wet process.
- Observe the Max RPM rating: 3,400 RPM for 4" wheels, 2,000 RPM for 5" and 6" wheels.
- Set feed rate and pressure per the Alpha® Twincur Recommended Parameters chart for your machine.
- Rotate wheels through the head sequence; replace each grit when the resin face has worn flat.
