- Charge or connect the pump power supply and confirm it primes.
- Seat the pad flat on clean, sound, non-porous material with no chips or seams under the seal.
- Draw vacuum and wait for the gauge to reach the safe zone before taking any load.
- Lift slowly and keep the load low; never stand or pass under a suspended load. Never exceed the rated 528-1,056 lb (240-480 kg, by pad configuration).
- Set the material down fully, then release vacuum and vent the pad.
