Alpha® Countertop Trim Kit (5") for ESC-125 / ESC-225
Alpha®'s second-generation Countertop Trim Kit is built for trimming pre-fabricated or custom-fit stone countertops in the shop or on site. The kit pairs the ESC-125 (110V) or ESC-225 (220V) wet/dry stone cutter with the ASC-5CSM carriage assembly and ASC-GR04 guide rail, delivering clean, straight 5" cuts on granite, quartz, marble, limestone, concrete and sintered slabs.

- Mount the ASC-GR04 guide rail along the cut line; secure with clamps so the rail cannot shift.
- Attach the ASC-5CSM carriage to the rail and slide it through the full travel to confirm free movement.
- Install the Eclipse II 5" turbo blade on the stone cutter; verify the 7/8" arbor is fully seated.
- Connect the stone cutter to a HEPA vacuum that meets OSHA Table 1 requirements.
- Set the cut depth (max 1-5/8") and start the cutter outside the workpiece before engaging the cut.
- Feed the carriage smoothly along the rail at an even pace; let the blade do the work, do not force it.
- After the cut, retract, power down and allow the blade to stop before lifting the assembly.

How do I orient the TT Ruler Guide?
Orientation depends on whether you are cutting along the edge of a slab or referencing an existing straight edge. Position the guide so the cutter travels in line with the finished cut.
Do I need a dust vacuum?
Yes. A HEPA vacuum meeting OSHA Table 1 requirements is required for silica dust control while cutting engineered and natural stone.
