Akemi Mixing Nozzle — For 400 ml & 265 ml Cartridges

This is the genuine AKEMI® static mixing nozzle for two-component adhesive cartridges — the disposable mixer that screws onto the cartridge and blends resin and hardener in the correct proportion as the material is dispensed. Sized for AKEMI 400 ml and 265 ml cartridges (such as AKEPOX® 5010 Gel Mix), it delivers a fully homogeneous, ready-to-apply bead every time. A fresh nozzle is used for each cartridge, since the adhesive cures inside the mixer once dispensing stops.

  • Genuine AKEMI static mixer — blends both components uniformly during dispensing
  • Fits 400 ml & 265 ml cartridges — including AKEPOX® 5010 Gel Mix
  • Consistent mix — ensures the correct resin-to-hardener ratio at the tip
  • Single-use / disposable — replace with a fresh nozzle for each cartridge
  • Ready to apply — delivers a homogeneous bead straight from the cartridge
