Akemi Mixing Nozzle — Dental Tip for 1:1 50 mL Cartridges

This static mixing nozzle is the disposable applicator tip for AKEMI® two-component adhesives supplied in 1:1, 50 mL twin cartridges. As the two components are pushed through the nozzle’s internal helix they are blended to a uniform, ready-to-use mix, while the fine, tapered “dental” tip places the adhesive precisely into narrow joints, chips, and hairline repairs. Fit a fresh nozzle for each fill so the mix ratio and cure stay reliable.

  • Thorough static mixing — blends both components as they dispense
  • Fine dental tip — precise placement in tight joints and chips
  • For 1:1, 50 mL twin cartridges of AKEMI two-component adhesive
  • Single-use consumable — swap a fresh nozzle per fill

  3. Push a fresh mixing nozzle onto the cartridge outlet and secure it.
  4. Dispense; the adhesive emerges pre-mixed and ready to place through the dental tip.
