511 Seal & Enhance is a solvent-based penetrating sealer and color enhancer in one. It eliminates the need to apply a separate impregnator before a color enhancer, delivering maximum stain protection and superior color enrichment in a single product. It deepens and rejuvenates the color of tumbled, honed, acid-washed, sandblasted, flamed, textured and even polished stone and tile, giving a rich wet look while penetrating to repel water, oil and stains. Freeze/thaw resistant, it works in both interior and exterior settings.

Granite, marble, limestone, natural stone, slate, ceramic tile, quarry tile and grout. Apply enough to wet the surface without saturating open grout joints; allow 3–5 minutes penetration, then buff off all excess. Test an inconspicuous area first to confirm the desired color effect.
