Return Window
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging with all accessories.
Non-returnable: used consumables (worn blades, polishing pads after use), custom-cut items, and clearance items marked "Final Sale".
How to Return
Contact us at (703) 957-4544 or e-commerce@dynamicstonetools.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns received without an RMA may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping
For standard-size eligible returns we provide a prepaid return label.
Customer is responsible for return shipping on freight/LTL items, oversized items, and returns due to buyer’s remorse (subject to restocking fee — see below).
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 12% may apply to non-defective returns, open-box items, or special-order items.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.
