  1. Place the rack on a level concrete floor with adequate clearance on both sides for slab loading.
  2. Verify the frame is square and stable before any slabs are loaded.
  3. Load the bundle so the slab edges are evenly distributed across the rack base — never load a bundle off-center.
  4. Confirm the bundle is leaning into the rack's back support before releasing the lifting equipment.
  5. Inspect the rack for damage and weld integrity at regular intervals; remove from service if cracks are visible.
  • Wear ANSI Z87 eye protection and a dust-rated respirator.
  • Inspect the tool/accessory before each use; remove from service if cracks, deformation, or excessive wear are visible.
  • Follow OSHA and local site safety procedures at all times.
  • Never stand or work on the load-bearing side of a loaded bundle rack.
  • Verify lifting-equipment WLL exceeds the bundle weight before placing or removing slabs.

Always wear appropriate PPE. Follow local safety regulations when using power tools or material-handling equipment.
